Thank you for getting back to me. Just to verify, is this the original video exported from the SD card?
If so, please try to calibrate the gimbal and reset the camera settings, and if you are using an external SD card, please try to store the video on the internal storage first to confirm if the issue relates to the SD card. Please also make sure that the drone has been updated to the latest firmware.
If the issue persists, please you may need to send the drone back for further analysis.
