Today I bring you on the beautiful Pizzo Formico, in a (warm) winter day.
Pizzo Formico is a mountain in the Prealpi Bergamasche, 1,636 m high above sea level.

They are passive repeaters and obviously work in microwave since they lend themselves very well to be reflected.
Nowadays I think it is all in disuse, the satellite costs much less. Removing them costs a lot.
