Had some problem while tried updating fresh new Ronin 2.

First attempted the Ronin 2 connected to the DJI Pro Assistant For Ronin, but suddenly there’s some error code that interrupted the update. Tried to restart and connect again, but the Ronin 2 booting ask for “Update The Firmware!”, but i had no chance to connect again to DJI Assistant. The bluetooth also off now from the booting. Any chance to reboot or hard reset the Ronin 2?

Any advice please?

Hello, there. Sorry for any inconvenience brought. Ronin 2 now only supports updating firmware by DJI Assistant. Please download and install DJI Pro Assistant For Ronin (for Windows and Mac) on your computer before updating the Ronin 2 gimbal and remote controller. If you do not have a computer, we recommend you borrow a computer to complete the firmware update. Thanks.
