When I will plug in the USB cable at the Mini 2 for charging, in about 50% of cases the Mini 2 will power on instead of just start with charging the battery. In such a case I cannot power off the Mini 2 the usual way by button and will have to remove the battery. Is that normal?

Probably it is turning on debugging mode for connection with assistant 2. This is not a big disadvantage.

Maybe, but that should not happen if connected to a simple QC3.x  wall charger. Today the problem does not occur on request, so I did not get a video proof. No idea why it happened so often yesterday and only once today. Now batteries are fully charged and I have to go flying first...
