When I try to upgrade the GCU firmware I only see version 1.8, while apparently 2.0 and 2.2 are available.I have the last version of the software and the last firmware in all other components.
What should I do?

For some reason I can't upgrade my new GH4 GCU. All other components are updated without problem, but only for GCU I get message that there's no new firmware but at DJI page it's listed as "Zenmuse Z15-GH4 (HD) Firmware GCU v2.2"

Upgraded the GCU firmware to V2.2 to fix video output problems when using the GH3 gimbal and GCU V2.0.
New Features
Upgraded the GCU firmware to V2.0 to support the latest A2 firmware (V2.4).

I was already aware of the new firmware, which is aimed to the use of Shogun for RSS, and some 10 bit  HDMI external recording options.
Previous firmware version (at least the 2.0) were aimed - as from DJI document above - to enable the use of the new features available with the new A2 firmware also with Z15-GH4.
Would your mail imply that we have to wait for the release of a new firmware tailored for the new features of the GH4? If that is the case, it should be easy to wait, but at least the version 2.0 (unless there are bugs, in which case someone is cheating) should be made again available until the new version comes out.
Am I missing something?

I'm quite disappointed about the DJI support. I purchased a unit which is now not usable, or, at least, I'm not confident to use because the firmware on the gimbal is not supported by the new A2 firmware.
None from DJI takes the time to reply and help the customers.
Only Ed showed up letting a number of us hope that the issue was solved, but, at present, no outcome.
Could please let us know what's happening?

I tried this morning and still I get the 1.8 version from the GB software.
It's not serious at all from DJI.
It seems that with the 2.6 A2 release not working, the Z15-GH4, the Inspire, and a lot of other issues, they are not able any more to handle the different issues they encounter.
Hope I'm wrong, but it's now a long time
