Hi folks, if I exchange 5040 points, how much should the credit be, please?

Thats what i thought, so why did i only get the amount below for 5040 points redeemed?

Oh yeah, good point wonder why I've not realised that before, pretty peeved I lost about 30 quid at the end of December, I forgot that they rob you of all that's in the bank

Yup, that got me yesterday.... Very disappointed to get just over £6 for $10.

I was just about to purchase the mini control stick for my OP but by the time you factor in the extortionate shipping cost - £7 shipping for an item that is smaller than the last knuckle on my little finger - and that exchange rate it's not worth it yet.

I hadn't considered that. My last purchase (just before Xmas) I had to add a few quid from my Paypal account, so I didn't pay too much attention to shipping cost.

So DJI how about making these points worth something in the customers' own currency rather than everything being based on USD?
After all you
a) do not do international warranties
and
b) make us buy in our national currency
......
so why not rewards in our national currencies?

I was expecting to have to pay the shipping, but the exchange rate actually left me well short of the price of the item itself - and I wasn't expecting shipping to be so much for such a small item.

I'll just have to be patient (again ;-P ).

Yes I hadn't considered how bad their exchange range was,  usually 5400 is £18.72 but looking at google that should be more like £22.
