Hello Community,

im using my RS2 with a Tilta Ringgrip and 2 days ago I tried to start the Gimbal but the motors won’t start anymore. In the top left corner of the Display is a red Symbol and I can’t find any informations about that.
I tried a second system and surprisingly I had the same error.
Maybe somebody can help me ?

I got the same problem… Gimbal is not working - there is no bluetooth connection showing up in the ios app. i also tried another phone. i think i will return the gimbal and get a new one…

hi am facing issue my dji ronin rs 2 stop working suddenly and showing error code 1014 on gimble display. how to fix it. its not even connecting with computer or mobile app. kindly help  me. I consulted technical service in Uruguay, which was where I bought it, and they did not give me any solution, repair, or shipping anywhere. What do I do? I need it urgently to continue working.

Hi there. Sorry for the late advice. Please try to restore the gimbal parameters and reboot the gimbal. If the issue persists, I'm afraid that you may consider sending the unit in for a proper diagnosis. You may contact our support team to start up a ticket at https://www.dji.com/support .
