I've used the R4D on a few jobs now and generally got great results.

I'm still playing with deadband/speed of the gimbal as I think it can wander a little when doing straight tracks.

Also, I'm finding that the wide focus mode is the best overall for general focussing. That with the AMF in place.

I did a whole job with auto focus on the other day and it did about 85% perfectly. Happy with that for someone who comes from manual focus.

So for that job that you used AMF at 85% perfect - did you then find yourself correcting it manually to correct the other %15 of the shots?

Just got mine today. Setting everything up. I'm amazed by the build and the incredible thought that went into the details of the design.

I can tell this is an epic, epic camera that takes a lot of exploring and experimentation.

I have a question - do you shoot at 24fps? Is there a little bit of a lag on the monitor on your camera? It's less when I shoot at 30fps. Just a little micro stutter when moving around.

I shoot 25p as in the UK. Not tried 24p, but I've not noticed any lag
