i went to fly my mini 2 today and the fly app has been removed today, i reinstalled the system and factory reset and still not there, how can i get this back?

ive navigated to the fly app download page and installed it and it does install and show the app on the main screen but when i turn it off and on again its gone and have to install again, what is going on?
