Hello does everyone know if 2 way charging hub damage your bateries? please I am confused about this

I've been using the 2 way charging hub since it was released and it has caused no issues with the batteries.  However, I never keep the batteries stored in the charging hub between uses as I have a Nanuk hard case that has storage slots for the batteries.
