My last flight and edit: Incesu Canyon. It is located in Corum, Turkey. There were only 7-8 satellites between mountains in the canyon, so I didnt want to risk and used to fly over mountains etc.

Sure, there are regulations as in another European countries. Permission is needed but you can fly in nature anyways.

So I can not fly a drone up to 250g freely in places such as the city, beach, etc.?

You have to obtain legal permission from the local police at least a week before the flight. You can try without permission but there are always a risk since the police have a drone jammer in Turkey and many people lost their drones or had to force landing. The jammer police uses has the capacity to capture the drone's control. So they can control your drone if they spot it.
