After a hail storm damaged more than 80% of the houses in my neighborhood, we had ours replaced.  Afterward, I shot this inspection video to check the work.  U showed it to the contractor and he was so impressed, that he's hire me to do inspections (pre and post) of other structures including some 4 story condos. Of course, I move a lot slower on the commerical videos so he can assess the damages.
