after firmware update today my gimbal wheel is way to sensitive also, I wish there was a gain for the gimbal like the attidute pitch and roll

Did you recalibrate the controller?  I recalibrate controller AND Phantom after any update; just out of practice as I've heard of people having problems when they don't.
