I have DJI refresh status : VALID
for a mavic mini 2 , crashed it during flight and the drone was not able to be retrieved.
In Hong Kong.

1. How can I use my DJI REFRESH? Payment? Credit card?
2. How long would turn around time be during pandemic?

So, I actually didn't get the email because  the previous owner made the purchase.
crashed their first drone. Used DJI refresh .
Got replacement Mini 2 and sold it to me.

I read on another forum that if the drone isn't found, then refresh does not cover.....
Wondering if an admin from DJI can comment on this...

Care refresh requires the broken drone to be returned,  some have been lucky with the flyaway cover.     You can check your coverage and start the process here - https://www.dji.com/uk/support/service/djicare-refresh

Paid the flyaway coverage fee and got the replacement within a week!
