I have the DJi Dly app on my motorola moto g8 plus. Since a little while it requests to update the battery firmware. It starts at 70%, but doesn't finish. I didnt get the app from the play store, as it isn't supported. Did nothave any issues when I downloaded itvfrom the site. Should I use another app or do you guys have other tips.
My drone is the DJI mini 2.

Kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your mobile device and please download the DJI Fly app straight to our webiste. Once you connect all the components again, try to connect your mobile device to an internet connection and check if there is a update notice. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

I deleted and then downlaoaded the app again. The firmware update is their, but when I do it, it gives me an error again. I make a screenshot.

I'm afraid that the original updatewas shut down the first time. I'm not entirely certain...

I have the same Problem with an dji mini 2, Huawei P30, the Firmware Update failed with 70% .
Please try to solve this Problem.
