I am wanting to know if the Zenmuse L1 will be compatible with the M30T or does it only work with the M300 RTK.

To elaborate on what DJI Paladin said, the M30 does not have a gimbal that allows swapping payloads, nor does it have TimeSync, both of which would be needed to support the L1.

Note from the last M300 RTK firmware release : The current version is updated for experiencing DJI FlightHub 2. Use DJI FlightHub 2 together with Matrice 300 RTK, Zenmuse H20 series, and DJI Pilot 2 Open Beta. It is not recommended to use Zenmuse P1 and Zenmuse L1.
