Hi...

My Mavic Air 2 recently began behaving erratically.  Firstly it was being used with an older iPhone model, so I switched to an iPhone 8, but still not working normally.
What happens:  1.  either can't connect to the RC.  2. Or it connects, I start flying, then it loses connection and tries to land (not in the home spot) and as was the case today it couldn't land because it was over trees and we were just stuck.  So I disconnected and reconnected the RC and kept trying to connect, eventually it connected briefly and I quickly did a manual land.

Any tips, what could be going wrong here?

May we please know if you are receiving any error message or error code on the DJI Fly application when this is happening and may we also please know before having this issue did your DJI Mavic Air 2 had a hard landing or a crash before? Thank you.
