May I know whether you want to switch the DJI account on the app of DJI RC? You can go to the Profile->Settings and then slid down to log out of the current account and then log in to the correct account.

Hi, there. Just to double confirm, are you submitting an unlocking request? If yes, please try to log out of your account and use another browser to open the page to see if it works. Besides, you can also try to change other internet or hotspot.

yes, I am unlocking a Zone and I still cant do it. i tried it on my other browser and it's the same.
