Dear support team,

Good day.

Please be informed that several days now, i am trying to restore my camera in mavic 2 by reset all settings to default.
I was trying to downgrade my firmware, reset gimbal settings, reset SD card, i tried to increase brightness but still my camera is total black or grey.

The weird part is when i press to take a photo and going back to see the shot, photo appearing to slide show, i am trying to
take a video, i cannot see anything on the shooting time and when i return to see what did i shoot, i can see the video.

My drone havent damaged or fall accidentally or crack my lens, nothing of those happened.

I am trying days and several youtube videos to realize what's going on.

Because is a must to my business, please advice what action should i take to restore my camera.

May we know what is the model of the mobile device you are using please and can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 ) application to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, please sync all of your flight records before uninstalling the DJI Go 4 application on your mobile device for you not to loose your previous flight information. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

My mobile device is Samsung A53, just bought it and already uninstall and install the app from your web side.
I will try it with different device with my i pad.

My model of controller is RC1B, the camera that is not working is the Hasselblad.

I will try to uninstall and install the app one more time.

Give details of the symptoms of the problem  and the model of the drone. I know this is a mavic 2 thread but with the little you have written we don't even know if the drone is a DJI drone let alone its model.
Nor do we have the slightest clue as to what the problem is.

Samsung A53 5G with Android 14 + DJI Go 4 v4.3.62 + DJI Mavic 2 Pro don't work. The main screen is black, i can't see the camera.

My suggestion, buy something like a second hand samsung S6 and use that solely with the drone, a sim card is not required.

Is the Samsung A53 compatible with the mavic 2 Pro. I have a feeling it isn't but I could be wrong.
