Got a new DJI Mic, and I think I'd like it, except...

1. I tried to record using the transmitters, but the audio files didn't automatically get sent to the receiver.
2. Because of this, I thought they might not be linked. I told the system to relink, and only one of the transmitters links. The other keeps blinking.

They are theoretically on the correct firmware version.

I'd appreciate any help.

Hey Tom,

I experienced the same issue with only one transmitter linking. What fixed it for me was I had the transmitters and receiver back in the case and plugged the case into the computer [power]. I didn't try plugging it into a USB power brick before plugging it into a PC; the PC USB was the closest thing to me at the time. So try putting everything back into the case, leave the lid open, and plug the charging case into either the PC or the USB power brick.
