I had a mavic air that at the end of last year did a fly away and and now it appears as it appears as if it has done the exact same on my DJI go 4 app. Why would my lost drine be removed from my account? I did not remove it? I am wanting to go ponder around the botanical gardens where it went misding byt now i cannot get its last position. Please assist

I installed the app on my Samsung phone, I would not expect that to be an issue as both my other drones flight logs are all there.
