Just a coincidence.  I reported a total of 5 spammers throughout all the different categories.  I'm just so tired of them filling up the forum with junk, especially the Keto Gummie ones.

Yes, there's always a diet fad going around,   when will people learn they need to eat less and exercise more.

Eat less and exercise more is the cheapest alternative to all those diet fads also.  

The Nutrionist told me to eat 4 small portions a day vice 3 regular meals as that will keep something in the stomach and quell some of the hunger desires.  She too pushes daily exercise.  Some days it's just too hot and humid for a long walk so I get in a long swim or dive.  Moves all the muscles that way.

Ive heard that before too,  although Im naughty on that front, I tend to just eat one meal a day.

Yeah, I was somewhat like that and ate a "snack size" mean and one full meal.  She convinced me that was counterproductive to weight loss and good health.  So I try to go by the 4 small meals a day.  Usually one of the meals is just a fruit serving but enough to keep the stomach from feeling empty.

     Yeah, but at least you are getting in long walks to make up for any dietary missteps.

That's true,  and Ive cut my coffee intake down a lot too.

Funny you should bring up coffee.  I asked the Nutritionist about coffee and she said 1-2 cups a day (without cream and sugar) was not a problem.  When I asked about adding a half-shot of Jim Beam Black bourbon to the morning coffee she just gave me an evil stare.

Hahaha.  Mostly if I’m at home for the day I’ll have a expresso followed by an americano. Both black and sugar free.  If it’s hot sometime I mix an American with equal ice a Blut h with one sugar for an iced coffee.  Those I drink when walking.  

Always like My spirits separate and in a nice glass that I can warm over the coffee.

I did try an Irish Coffee a time or two but just wasn't "my cup of tea" so to speak.

I used to really like a coffee floater after a meal , basically Irish coffee without the spirit.  But my tastes have certainly changed and finding restaurants that still offer them is harder than ever.

Normally at home I grind my own beans and tend to go middle of the road with Italian Lavazza Qualita Rossa beans.

No,   but Id also need a reboot to remove the rinse water and put a cup under it.

There is a setting to have it come on automagically and pre clean which I turned on last night,  SHMBO'd was in the kitchen this morning when it did that and nearly dropped something from the shock.   I hadnt pre warned her about it.
