I just purchased a new Mavik Mini 3 Pro but when I go to check for firmware upates, I get the message "internet connection required." My internet connection is fine because it works with no problem with my original Mavik Mini. I also am not getting the mini map display which may or may not be related. I can still fly the drone but cannot unluck a geo zone without the internet connection. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello there. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try to change to other internet or hotspots connection and try to restart your DJI Mini 3 Pro to perform the updating and to see if it works. Kindly please keep us posted and thank you.
