Good afternoon, I see a lot of Drone content but not much of the RC updates, especially the RC-N1 RC231 model, in my last firmware update V04.11.00.34 dated 2022/07/05 using DJI ASSISTANT 2 CONSUMER DRONES SERIES, no phone recognizes me, I have already tried 3 different phones with Android 12, 1 Apple IOS, 1 iPad, but nothing, just connect and disconnect as I leave in the video that I was able to record, the RC links perfectly with the MAVIC AIR 2 but not with the phone, I have the FLY combo I tried with the 03 cables without results. Do you have any knowledge on how to do a HARD RESET of the RC-N1 RC231 or a tutorial on how to DOWNGRADE it????

Some flyers were having problems recently with smart devices having Android 12 and several posted that they contacted DJI Support and were given a link to DJI Fly App Beta version 1.6.12 and that fixed their connectivity issues.  You might give that a try.

Perhaps try another cable.

I have the fly combo I tried it with the 3 cables and with different phones, this happened after the last update of the RC-N1 RC231, I am using DJI FLY version 1.6.12 on my phone

Tested  with One Plus 7T Pro, Samsung S21, Ipad, Iphone 12 pro max and the same smartphone problem

Hello there. Thank you for reaching out. Can you please try the steps below?
1. Restart the remote controller. Please restart/reinstall the App (Ensure the latest App version is used: https://www.dji.com/global/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly). Unplug and reinsert the cable.
2. If your mobile device uses an Android operating system, please turn on the USB debugging and select the charging-only mode.
3. Check whether the copper sheets in the Type-C port of the remote controller are warped. If so, please send back the product for repair. Please use this link to submit a repair request: https://www.dji.com/global/support?site=brandsite&from=nav.
4. Verify the reversibility of the Type-c port insertion and check whether the wire is abnormal: As for Type-C to Type-C adapter cable of the remote controller:
Try to plug one end of the cable with the remote icon into the mobile phone, and another side to the remote controller. Plug the port in the same direction as the storage (can be stored), and plug upside down for further try (cannot be stored).
