I'm new at this, so.....
Suddenly when flying my Mini 2 the picture on my phone screen is Very bright, washed out. I'm in Auto photo mode, have all updates, and everything else is normal. When going to Video mode, the picture is perfect. I thought that in Auto photo mode I wouldn't have to make any camera adjustments. Any advice? Are there any adjustments in Auto mode that i could possibly make?
You have accidentally adjusted the exposure compensation to overexpose above what the camera's meter thinks is the correct exposure.
Look down in the lower right of the screen to see the camera settings.
You'll see EV and a number.
Yours probably shows EV +2 or +3.
You need to dial that back to EV0
This example is with the same app, but a different drone so it's slight ly different from yours.
Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Please make sure that you have set your exposure to "Auto" on the far bottom right of the DJI Fly app and check if the issue persists. Hope you also get the best recommendation from our fellow DJI Pilots to have other professional settings on the DJI Fly app. Thank you for your valued support.

Bottom right in DJI Fly, check for word “Pro”, tap to change to “auto”. You’re in manual exposure adjustment.

If you are talking to me .. yes, I know I'm in Pro mode and I know all about that.
If you are talking to the OP, he's not in Pro mode and that isn't his problem.
I explained what his problem is already.

Thank you so much! I will do as you say but can't get to my drone for a day or so. However, I will get back to you as soon as I can, after trying your recommendation -- I really need to fix this exposure issue.

Finally got to my drone, and you're correct! The problem was the EV setting. I'm not sure how that happened; nevertheless, that surely messed up my photo shoots. Thanks! I'm now wondering whether I could have just clicked on "Reset Camera Parameters" at the bottom of the Camera tab and fixed it all up that way.

Thanks, moderator. As you read below, all is fine now thanks to correcting my EV setting.
