Network Connection issues with Mini Pro 3 RC

Hello,

I have just purchased the Mini 3 Pro with the RC. I have activated the drone with my account in DJI and done one firmware update. The RC, however, has on several occasions lost network connect at home. I have tried other devices and the internet seems fine. Being a novice with this RC I cannot find a menu to see if its retained the IP of the router or not. I press the Check Network button and also the Retry Box to no effect. I can connect though using a mobile phone.

I wonder if you can advise me what could be up (the RC is fully charged) and how do I find nework settings to try to reinstall the network connection.

Whenever you launch a flight of the Mini3Pro using the dedicated RC, Wifi and Bluetooth connection are turned off automatically to avoid interference.  After the flight, you have to switch these back on manually.  Not ideal - but that's how it is for the moment.  To do this, swipe down on the controller screen to reveal the dropdown menu, where you can re-activate wifi and/or bluetooth.   When taking off, you should see a brief message stating that wifi and bluetooth are de-activated.

connection issues usually has to do with the remote not updated, especially if you are just starting to bind the remote to your drone.
first you will need to update the remote, so install all firmware and update remote, once complete, turn off remote and turn it back on,most issues will be resolved after these steps.

I just stumbled across this too and am grateful for the solution - this doesn't seem to be documented anywhere that I've found.

Should also be noted you CAN use WiFi & Bluetooth during flight as well.  Just swipe down after entering the "Go Fly" screen & click the WiFi and/or Bluetooth button.

That's handy to know, too.  I can't think of any occasion when I might want to take advantage of it, personally, but I guess for livestreaming it must be essential?

Mini pro 3 will not download wifi. Rest password and connection denied . Frustrated .

I was using Rc-N1 with my iPhone and did not see this happen until distance Is farther than 1000 m or so. I have updated the firmwares to the latest.
