On my Android phone the videos that I record onto the camera micro SD card are also recorded on the hard drive of the phone in a low res version that can be view through the pilot app 'User' section. These low res videos to not record to the hard drive of my Ipad mini 2. I'm using Pilot App v1.1.2.  Can anyone tell me why this is?

I use ipad air 2 and it records to the ipad.  Even gives me the option to convert to HD.

Got that checked but still no recording. When I log in to the app user center section it shows spaces for photos and videos but there is nothing there.

It's my understanding that it was the DJI Go app that enabled automatic local media saving. You will not be able to enable this in any version of Pilot.

I am pretty sure the 'video cache' setting refers to DJI Director, which some people suggest you turn off if you don't use Director.
