the question is - Can I check the drone by the serial number it is tied to the account or not ???.
Provided - 1) only the serial number from the sticker under the battery, 2) do not connect the program to the drone.

The account binding status can only be viewed in the DJI FLY APP after you log in to the DJI FLY APP and connect the aircraft to the remote controller.
Path: DJI FLY APP- Profile- Device management   
The logged account should be consistent with the bound account so that you can unbind or bind the account.
Please bind your account and remote controller in DJI FLY APP so that you can enjoy the full coverage.
