I'am not able to edit my profil with a avatar or even Name (first and Last).
If I fill out the spaces and push the save button a have a ‘Sorry, failed to update. Please try again.‘ message.
Did that several times in the last 2 weeks with different browsers....

Any idea...?

BTW...the problem apears not on the forum site or the forum avatar, i mean the normal dji account ;-)

I have the same issue. My old email address is no longer usable and I can't upgrade it or any of the information on my DJI account. This is a problem.
