Hello, I have a mini 3 pro and when I shake it, it makes this rattling sound. Is this normal ?Here is the link for the short demo video: https://youtube.com/shorts/L713vF8XLv0?feature=share(turn the volume up to hear the weird rattling noise) the noise seems to be from the camera

Sounds like your gimball is a little wonky. Any hard landings or crashes ?

The gimbal could rattle some I guess... A video and some more details would help diagnose any problem if there even is one ...

I have the video up and the gimbal was not moving because I put the foam on to make it stay fixed. Is it possible that it's the image stabilizer or auto focus inside the camera(just like any other cameras). Also does yours have this issue ?

Mine does not make any noise at all...

I shook it pretty hard but no sound...

yeah i crashed it from ;like less than 1 meter above the ground and it dropped onto grass. .this shouldnt do the damage

I am afraid I never shake it that badly.

In normal use you also notice sounds?

I'd bet it is gimbal related.  Probably need to send it into DJI for diagnostics.  

Hi, how did you sovle the issue ? I have the same problem and I did not crash it or hard land it and i hear inside the camera the exact noise. I am wondering what you did as I might do the same.

Mine has this issue.  have they fixed yours yet??

me too but seems to work fine
