Hi DJI,
I have a Samsung A53 and neither the Go 4 or Fly apps are working.  They keep crashing immediately I open them and are not showing available to download from the Google Play store any more.  I have tried to download from the DJI website but the same issue remains.
Please hlp - I can not fly any of my drones.

Hi, I have also been unable to use the DJI Fly App on my Samsung S21 since 25/08

The app launches ok, but as soon as the drone connects via the controller the app repeatedly crashes.

- I have waited for new app updates or an official announcement to fix this issue, as it seems to be affecting many user.
- I have downloaded and installed the new DJI Fly Updates as they have come available.
- I have 3 friends with exactly the same issue.

Really need this fixed ASAP, its very disappointing to have so many $ of drone assets sitting unusable!

Thanks for the video provided. May I double-confirm that the current app version is V 1.7.4? Please also tell us the OS version of your phone. You can try to clear the cache of your DJI Fly app on the Profile > Settings > Clear cache option. Or if possible, please try to reinstall the app, note to back up the files and sync the flight records before moving the app.

I have cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, and combinations off all the above.

At the moment, if it is convenient, please try this 1.6.6 version and see if it would work on your drone.

Thank you for the information. Could you please try to export the app log for our further checks? Here is the path:
1. Connect the Android device to a computer. Tap “Transfer files” in the “USB connection mode” that appeared on the mobile phone.
2. Click the mobile phone icon in “My Computer” and go to internal storage.
3. Find the file path: internal storage/android/data/dji.go.v5/files/LOG
4. Copy and paste the entire “LOG” file folder to the local drive and add the file folder to the compressed folder.
