I'm wondering if anyone out there can help me figure out how to re-connect the four little wires in the proper order. The two other connectors seem simple enough. First time doing repairs so any hints on how to get my phantom back in the air would be greatly appreciated.

Put the Left one to the Upper pin, one by one in order.
