I'm unable to get my Pocket Osmo 3 to stop freaking out.
After about 15 seconds I get a warning that the gimbal needs to be protected, I tap the screen then it powers down.

I tried a factory reset and it still powers up the same way.

Are we talking Osmo Mobile 3 or Osmo Pocket 3. If the latter, someone sold you something that doesn't exist.
