I'm a train enthusiast, so I take photos and videos of well.....trains.  Take a close look, seems like the gimbal and the gopro shake slightly but very quickly.  Any ideas?

I did in fact switch to the gray/black absorbers and it seemed to do the trick.  Also, a very important note.  With the phantom 2 version 1, the horizontal motor touches the frame and it binds up a little bit.  So that's probably why I was getting the shaky video in the first place.  I just bought a phantom 2 version 2, and it has a cutout for that horizontal motor so it is completely isolated.

Is there any scratches on the propellers ?
If your propellers are not in a good condition they produced vibrations.

This is true, even stock props on the P2 are not properly balanced. Carbon Fibre are even more out of balance.
I bought a simple aluminium polished balancing rod, opposite threads each end for about £5UKP, balance on a tin of peas or such (making sure the surface is level across the tin... smartphone app.)
I had to add a varying small amount of tape to the lighter side (rather than sand heavier side) to ALL 8 DJI  9450 props. It stopped all the shake and undulating jello effect plus your motor bearing will be happier and last longer!

The gray buffers do seem to work better.
