I do not see a menu item with verification of my DJI devices. Somehow only Pocket 2 passed verification. Air 1 no.

Perhaps you bought it second-hand? ( That is to say - not new but from a previous user).
In that case it would not appear on your profile, even when you register it.
That happened to me when I got a Mavic Pro Platinum from a previous user. It does not show on my profile even though I had it for two years.
And the Phantom 4 and Mavic Mini which still appear on my profile were sold some time ago.

Yes, the cause of the problem seems to be somewhere nearby. :-) Associated with the first login to the account and the first turn on of the device. By my hands. Perhaps at some stage I did something wrong.

I bought the Mavic Air 1 from a retail store. I also bought Pocket 2 in a retail store. And as we all see, only one of these devices is displayed in my profile. At the same time, I am authorized in DJI GO4 and DJI MIMO under the same account. :-)

Okay, nothing, this problem does not bother me, because this is not the main thing. But if it's an account database error, DJI developers should look into it.

It's not been dealt with in 4 years, so it's maybe unlikely to be resolved now

Thanks) I only had Air with me, so I had to use it as a handheld camera too. With ND PL filters from PolarPro.
