Hello everyone,

I'm trying to insert to Skypixel new Spehere photos (with new firmware and full 360° spheres) and it seems that it doesn't work. Does somebody else experienced such problem, or it's something wrong on my side? There is message that image is still processing - it's a few hours now....

For the SkyPixel site, I'd recommend allowing all cookies, not just the ones you've allowed for the site itself.
It usually takes me 12 minutes to the site to finally publish the photo, after it's been uploaded.

Simply copy the webaddress from the top of that page into a new page, and it will refresh with the 360pano

Try copying the link address from the top of the page, then post it as a link here in a Forum section.
Let's say, for example
Home/Works/Nature  click on Add Link and paste the skypixel link into the top line, then submit
The 360pano should then open automatically for viewers.
Have a go and then we'll see if it works

Same outcome for me.  I tried to upload from Android phone, using skypixel app and days later nothing.  I am now trying from Windows 11 PC using Skypixel app and same result.  Previous ones loaded no problem.  Only change I am aware of is recent firmware upgrade for RC Pro controller and mini 3 pro.

I use firefox and what i have found is that it takes ages for the "processing/publishing" and never seems to finish and actually say "completed", ie. 10-15 minutes seems to be my average time when it is done.

I do similar to Bleriot.  Every now and again i open a new tab in Firefox and open "my page "in skypixel again.  Eventually the new uplaod shows there and you can open it.  The i close the upload tab and all is done.

It's a real pain when you have a few 360 panos to send there in the same session, one at a time and 15 mins or so for each with multiple refreshes/new windows whilst hoping it has worked.

There are obviously bugs in their upload/publishing scripts.

At least reading the OP, i know it's not just me or my PC/internet/browser which i initially thought it might be.

I think i've tried Edge and Chrome and am sure they were no better/faster.

I use Chrome also.  Just checking as some of the browsers are not as user friendly but then again some do protect you more from data analytics.

I should really have migrated to Microsoft Edge by now I suppose, but

I'm sure you're right that the problem lies with SkyPixel, and not any one particular browser.

I've successfully uploaded 360panos from both Mini3Pro and manually-stitched 360panos shot using Litchi and the Mini One or Mavic2 Zoom.  They've all successfully uploaded to Skypixel via either Windows 10 or  11 (two different laptops) but the processing time after upload completes varies from a few minutes to about 15 minutes.  Refreshing the page is the only way to reach the uploaded file. I think it's a problem with Skypixel.

Mine says 8192 x 4096.

I may do a factory rest on my drone and RC just to see if that makes a difference..

I did. Spent the time cloud chasing. Actually drifting mist above the clefts in the hills
Got a view of the Heiligenschein reflecting off the mist into the camera lens, with the sun directly behind the drone.

My 360 Panos that originally wouldn't stop processing finally did, without any intervention from me.  Check yours or try them again, and hopefully you get the same results.  Have fun!

Seems completely broken to me.

I upload a pano sphere, it appears to "upload" OK. I set the hardware value (Mini 3 Pro), set to "private", click "Publish."  It just swirls endlessly ("360° panorama is processing"), for hours (literally).  If I try to reload the page or share the URL, it coughs up an error saying the content is not available or gives an error: FATAL ERROR: /api/v2/photo-360s/[uploaded file name],xml - loading failed! (404).

Is it always this unreliable?  Does it ever work?  Has DJI just abandoned this?
