I want to reset my password

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Are you trying to reset your DJI Account? If yes, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Open this link: https://account.dji.com/login, and click “Forgot password?”


2. Type in your Email address and slide to verify

3. After verifying, you will receive one email. If you did not receive the verification email for the first time, it is recommended to click “Resend Email” again.


4. Open this verification email and click to reset your password.

5. Type in the new password twice and submit. The password is reset.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out! Kindly follow the steps below to calibrate the remote controller.

- Power on the drone and remote controller.
- Make sure the drone is placed on a flat, level surface.
- Enter Quick Settings > select System Settings, scroll down and tap " Compass ".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate the compass.
- Rotate the drone horizontally 360 degrees, then tilt it 90 degrees and rotate it 360 degrees vertically.
- Once all the calibration steps are complete, the app will confirm the successful calibration.
