can the dji mic be connected to speaker to work as a loudspeaker microphone?

Thank you. Does that mean if i connect an aux cable from the receiver (plugged at the output port) to a speaker, i can use the transmitter as a microphone? Im trying to do a lecture at a hall using the dji mic. Not sure if it capable of doing that.
