Very nice top down shot DA.    They definitely make the best use of available space.  One of the better organized boat yards I've seen.

So true DA.  There is an outboard motor repair shop that has a sign with that saying posted on it above his workbench.  Kind of gets your attention when you walk into his shop and gets you started thinking how much is this repair or servicing going to cost me.
