No, I don't think so. How would you shut it down otherwise.

if you do a csc when it lands it will keep running, becuase it starts the motors again. That's the only way to keep it running when you land

If you haven't shut the motors off when you land and you do a csc it will shut off the motors. At least in my case. It acts like a toggle switch.

that is true, but when you bring it down and it lands, the motors shut off right away, so if you then do a CSC, they start up again
