Why does my OM5 not appear in the gear of my profile in this forum? It shows all drones I own and owned, and the Osmo Pocket, but not the OM5... see left profile panel.

The profile icon will appear automatically only when you activate the product (OM5) with the same forum account that you used when activating your previous units (Osmo Pocket, Mini 3 Pro, Mini 2, and DJI Mavic Air). If you have used the same account, please provide us with the serial number of the product via PM so we can check. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Thanks for helping me out. I am logged in into MIMO with my account, but I don't find an option to activate the OM5. Where do I need to look at?

I found an option in the app, but get the following error:
