i sent back a faulty mavic 3 and now want to link my care refresh to the new unit but cant work out how.
any advice thanks

The Service Agreement says:

3. A single DJI product can only bind to DJI Care Refresh once. After using the service provided by DJI Care Refresh, if the product's serial number is changed, the provided product will automatically bind to the original product's DJI Care Refresh, and the original service and warranty period continues.

Hi there, I am sorry for the inconvenience. May I ask if there is any error message existed on the app when you tried to bind the drone and aircraft with the DJI Care Refresh? Could you please tell me your case number as well so I can check the case in our system as well? Look forward to your reply.
