hey there, just picked up a dji action 2 and tried to trasnfer some test shots to the PC and even my phone
Latest firmware and ios and windows 11 updates so no issue there ans using the supplied USB cord

With the computer everytime i try to view or transfer it just disconnects and reconnects before i can do anything,

and with the phone all thumnails are blank, although the video length is on the thumbnail,

any advice?
