No, they do not share cross compatibility for any of the controllers.

Also, just a simple semantics thing, but it is just “Mini 3 Pro”, not “Mavic Mini 3 Pro”.

The DJI Mavic 2 Pro aircraft is only compatible with its original controller and the DJI Smart Controller while the DJI Mini 3 Pro is only compatible with the DJI RC-N1, DJI RC, and DJI RC Pro and it is not compatible with DJI smart controller.
