When I go to the map view on my DJI RC Pro, the map is "grayed out", it is only when I put my finger on the LCD display that the map becomes visible. I believe this started with the most recent firmware update. Here is YouTube video showing the problem.

Touch the "i" and uncheck "Altitude zone" This has to do with the new 1000 meter maximum height, I believe.

You are correct, I never would have found this one. I suppose there was a reason for this behavior, but I sure have no idea what it is.

Yes, I am in a Altitude Zone (1,650 feet limit). The map feature appeared in the latest release, I didn't know what the app was telling me by graying out the map. Now that I know, it makes sense and can be useful. Thanks to all that replied.

Yeah, but it’s way to solid and blocks the map. I have this problem too.

Try turning off different layers.
