I'm new with DJI drones, I bought the DJI mini 2 and I was testing it out and for some reason I couldn't find the Quick SHots button.  I seen the tutorial and several videos but that function doesn't show in my app.   Can anyone help me out?  Thanks.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try to bring your unit outdoors and have a test flight? Take off and hover at least 6.6 ft (2m) above the ground and please make sure that you are in normal mode with a strong GPS signal. Tap the shooting mode icon to select Quickshot. I followed your steps but still can't access the quickshots menu. I can record a video and take a picture, but is not showing the quickshot menu. I upload a scree shot so you can see what Im talking about. Maybe Im doing something wrong.

Pd. I know the battery was low, but still even when is full this is the menu that i see.

I think I found a work around. It seems that the quickshot/panorama menu is only accessible if you have an SD card installed in the drone.  Without it, it only lets you switch between video or picture.

I have a DJI Mini 2 and when I use Quick Shots I don't get the display where I can select the radius/distance that I see in the videos for the Mini 2. I understand I should be able to see it when I do a Dronie, Rocket and a helix. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello there. Sorry about the trouble. Please make sure your Fly app is already in the latest version or try reinstalling it. You can download it on the DJI official website: https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly. Have a great day.

Anyone know how to solve the issue of not being able to do quick shots, I'm only allowed to take photos and videos, I've reinstalled the app many times even trying earlier versions and still no luck. Please anyone who can assist

Hi, for me the solution was to insert an SD card. It seems that to use Quick Shot, an SD Card must be inserted. Also confirm that you have thr latest update for the app.

I also use a DJI mini 2 with a s23 ultra phone, and it doesn't give me the quickshot option and when I put in the iPhone 15 pro, yes, I already downloaded and uninstalled the app several times and nothing, what can I do to be able to use that function with my samsung

thank you for reaching out.

Please try the following procedure. You are welcome to omit any steps that have already been completed.

1. For drones without internal storage, check whether a microSD card has been inserted. For drones with internal storage, check whether the selected Storage Mode has sufficient storage.
--> If the storage is insufficient, QuickShots cannot be used (The QuickShots button is invisible). We recommend mounting a microSD card.

2. Check whether the flight mode/remote controller mode is P mode and whether the signal is strong.
--> If the aircraft has entered the ATTI mode or another mode, the QuickShots function cannot be used. We recommend switching the remote controller back to P mode and ensuring that the signal is strong.

3. Check whether the vertical takeoff height is over 2 m.
--> The QuickShots is unavailable if the takeoff altitude is lower than 2 m. Fly the aircraft above 2 m before using QuickShots.

4. Check whether you have already selected the target and tapped Start.
--> If the target is not selected or the Start button is not tapped, QuickShots cannot be triggered.

5. Check whether the lighting conditions are good and whether there are obstacles around the subject.
--> If the light is insufficient or there are obstacles around, there might be a calculation error due to the visual element of the target distance. As such, the DJI Fly app will not be able to stitch Quickshots videos. When the light is sufficient and there are no obstacles around the target, keep an ample flight distance to prevent the influence of visual elements.

6. Check whether the mobile phone is compatible with the DJI Fly app.
--> If the device is incompatible, QuickShots might not be used. If a compatible device is used, it is recommended that the user synchronizes data and reinstalls the app. If an incompatible device is used, replacing it with a mobile phone on the compatibility list for testing and usage is recommended.

7. Refresh the aircraft firmware version using the DJI Assistant 2. You can download it to your computer here:https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series[/url]

Could you confirm if an SD card has been inserted? QuickShots are only available when an SD card is present in the drone. Without it, the QuickShots icon will not be displayed in the DJI Fly app.

Thank you for this info which i believe is not in the manual!!! I also tried like you flying today and no way it is on the fly app when connected to the rc. Will try with a sd card and see
