DJI Ronin-M does not start working

Hello friends. I have Ronin-M, full charge the battery and tightly mounted. Then balanced camera Lumix GH4  to the Ronin-M. Pressed 1 sec power button on the battery (then power indicator on the battery switched on), but Ronin-M didn't move - its behavior is the same as on video. Cable is properly inserted at the GCU port.Also I tried to pair Ronin-M with the Android app, but the following message is appeared on the mobile phone "No DJI Bluetooth devices have been found".
Also I connected Ronin-M to the PC. Tried to upgrade firmware: PC 1.png PC 2.png PC 3.png

But after restart battery on the Ronin-M firmware has not been updated.
Also look at my data from PC applicaton:

Could you tell me, please, what is wrong in my Ronin-M? What should I do to live up my new device?

I have the same problem as you.

I wonder what happen to Ronin.

It always ask to update whenever you connect it to the computer even you have upgraded previously. The data doesnt seem save into it.

Cathy,

Mine are brand new. Even i plug or connect to any computer, everything is okay. but when i plug into the computer, and wanted to do my first calibration and update the firmware. After i have done it, It turns to be that way.

I sent email message to the DJI support about 2 weeks ago, but nothing happened - no any answers to me. Could you tell me, please, how long can I wait the response from DJI support? I need to repair my Ronin-M as soon as possible...

i have the same, it stopped working about 3 days ago, i just cant connect to anything anymore, no iPhone, no iPad, no pc... its that motor kill i think thats the problem... i think after a day of no use it switches for some reason to motor kill and its very annoying if you cant connect to something... also remote doesnt work, and it actually never did... i do have the thumbcontrol but there is no option to switch motor kill off...

Rafael, I haven't solved the problem yet. I still haven't answer from the support (It has been more than two weeks) .

1. Make sure the battery is tightly inserted on your ronin
2. Pls click on "Default" settings if it can successfully connected to PC assistant software or APP
3. if nother helps, your ronin needs repair, please contact DJI support for repairhttp://www.dji.com/support

I get this same issue, although i can connect to the app and see that the motor kill option defaults to on, after turning this off and doing a reset to default it starts all over again. Also made sure the battery is connected tightly and tried turning off motor kill and manually entering power values, still nothing.

Double check whether IMU is visible in the "Upgrade page" and SN at "Info" page

Hi Cathy, I've got a similar problem and the IMU is not visible in the Upgrade page. Also, the SN in the ''Info'' page is N/A. Can you help me in any way? Thanks.
