Hi there, when an accident happened, and you would love to apply for warranty, within the warranty period, we will be able to provide data analysis and confirm if it can be covered under warranty, if yes, the service will be covered by DJI.
If you were referring to whether the DJI Care Refresh will cover the accident/damages to the drone when it is caused by unauthorized accessories, the answer is negative. If it is the third-party insurance you purchased, you are recommended to contact the insurance company for the details. Thank you for your attention.
