Buona sera a tutti, premetto che non so se sto usando il canale giusto ma spero in una risposta, il mio radiocomando del mavic 2 pro dopo la ricarica completa, lo vado a scollegare ma rimane accesa la schermata di ricarica e quindi tende a scaricarsi. L' ho fatto scaricare totalmente e poi ricaricato ma non si risolve , l'ho acceso e spento piu volte ma niente da fare. Qualcuno puo darmi delle delucidazioni in merito. Grazie

Si, il telecomando si accende normalmente. Ho già provato più volte, l'ho fatto scaricare e poi l'ho ricaricato ma il problema persiste.

Após a atualização coloquei o controle para carregar. Tinha aproximadamente 50% de carga. Após carga completa os leds pararam de piscar e agora não dá mais sinal de vida. Nenhum led nem nada acontece quando tento ligar.

Do you mean the remote controller does not respond no matter charging or pressing the power button?
Did you try to charge the remote controller overnight? If the issue persists, you are advised to send the remote controller back for further diagnosis.

Ciao, purtroppo non va nemmeno in carica, non si accendono nemmeno i led. Dopo l'aggiornamento si è spento e non si è più riacceso.

Hello marcon, you could try to troubleshoot as the below steps again first.

1. Please check if the charged method is correct, and make sure the charging cable is plugged in tightly, and try plugging it in again.

2. Please check the LED on the remote controller and confirm if it is in the charging state.

    If yes, please try charging for 2 hours to see if the power increases,

    If it still cannot charge, it is recommended to replace the charger and charging cable.

If it still does not work after troubleshooting, you could register through the following link, https://repair.dji.com/, to create a case and send back the device for diagnosis. Hi there, the controller will alarm if it is at a low battery level. You can power it off and charge it again to see if the controller will be able to charge normally. If not, please try to use a different charging cable or charger for charging. Please keep us updated on the result.
