I bought a new (open box) RS3 today at Best Buy, when I got home I tried to purchase Care refresh and I get a message that the gimbal can't be registered. Is there someone at DJI can reset the activtion on this gimbal? I have the serial number and receipt proving I purchased it today.

Hi Susan, I will send you the SN of new RS3 mini via PN. I just returned it to the shop. I changed to RS3. Please remove the RS3 mini from my Account if this is necessary.
